Terms
When registering to bid, you may be required to submit a $1-$5 preauthorization on your credit or debit card. This is a temporary hold to verify the card and will be returned in 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution. It is not a deposit. Agreement to terms: By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions for this auction.
Description Terms
Descriptions entered are to the best of Auction Solutions Inc.’s ability. All items from Auction Solutions Inc. are sold as-is, where-is, meaning items will not be fixed, cleaned, detached, unhooked, or moved before or after sale. Previews are available at the seller’s discretion. In some cases, preview will not be available. We make every attempt to portray the items for sale as completely as possible. Auction Solutions reserves the right to rescind a sale due to administrative error within 30 days of sale. Contact us with questions.
All alcohol lots: Winner must be 21+ and provide an ID at pickup.

Credit Card Terms
PLEASE NOTE: Changes to the credit card on file will not reflect immediately for an auction that is currently active and open for bidding. Please contact us if you need to make a one-time payment. Declined credit cards will be subject to a $5 fee. No fee will be charged if you contact us before the auction closes.
Payment Terms
Credit cards on file will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Payments are subject to a $5.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Purchases are subject to buyer’s premium and sales tax which is added to final sale price. Nebraska residents (and local, out-of-state buyers picking up items) are subject to 7% NE sales tax. To be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have your SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file.
Shipping Terms
Furniture, large appliances, cars, and other large items over 35 lbs. will not be transported from offsite pick-ups for any reason and will not be offered for shipping.
Buyers Terms
Buyer agrees to be placed on Auction Solutions marketing list for email, phone and SMS marketing messages.
Pickup Terms
Pickups are typically scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. For security reasons, we do not disclose the pickup location except to winning bidders. You will receive an email from Shipping Saint and will need to select pickup and choose an appointment time to see the pickup address. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a Shipping Saint email within 24 hours after the auction.
PLEASE NOTE: Auction Solutions Inc. does not provide boxes, carts, tools, or dollies to move auction items. Pick-up of larger items will require you to bring assistance to load your items, as Auction Solutions Inc. staff will not be available to help with loading or unloading.
If you are unable to pickup your items on pickup day you may request that we transport your items to the office for you to pick up later. Items which need to be transported from an offsite pick-up to our office will incur an additional fee of $40.00. This request is subject to availability. Items transported to the office must be picked up within 7 business days. Items remaining at our facility after 7 business days will be forfeit and no refunds will be given. Items over 35 lbs. or larger than a small kitchen appliance (roughly) will not be transported. You must request this service prior to pickup ending and will receive a response if your request is approved. Once your request to transport the items is approved, your card will automatically be charged the $40 fee. Once your card is charged, no changes will be made. Please plan ahead for pickup when choosing to place a bid on items.
